Sanakoev Sergey Feliksovich, President of the Russian-Chinese Center.He is a Deputy Chairman of the Society of Russian-Chinese Friendship, a member of the Russian-Chinese Committee of Friendship, Peace and Development; Experts of the Russian-Chinese Commission on preparation of regular meetings of heads of governments of Russia and China. From 1998 to 2012, he was the Chairman of the Board of JSC "Russian-Chinese Center for Trade and Economic Cooperation" from the foundation. From 2007 to 2012, he was Executive Secretary of the Russian-Chinese Chamber of Commerce. Since 2009, he has been part of the personnel reserve of the President of the Russian Federation. From 2012 to 2014, he was the Advisor to the Minister at the Ministry of the Russian Federation on the development of the Far East. In 2015, he is the President of the Russian-Chinese analytical Center. He took part in Russian delegation at all meetings of heads of states and governments of Russia and China since 1996.
