Roberto Ordoñez, Minister, Ministry of the Infrastructure and Utilities, Honduras
Roberto Ordoñez is the Minister of the Infrastructure and Utilities, Honduras. He graduated from the National Autonomous University of Honduras and obtained the master degrees in Management and Construction Project at Texas A & M in the United States. He is currently a member of the College of Civil Engineers of Honduras. He has served as consultant and taken part in various projects for the World Bank, the Interamerican Development Bank and the Millennium Challenge Account UNDP.
