The 11th International Infrastructure Investment and Construction Forum (11th IIICF) is going to be held on December 2-3, 2020 in Macao SAR, China. Endorsed by the Chinese Ministry of Commerce and the relevant authorities, the Forum is jointly organized by China International Contractors Association (CHINCA) and Macao Trade and Investment Promotion Institute.  

The global outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic has cast a shadow on global trade and economy, as well as people’s livelihood with severe impacts. In the infrastructure industry, international cooperation and development is also confronting unprecedented challenges due to mounting unstable factors. In this regard, it is worthy for the global community to shed light on how to step up collaboration in the infrastructure industry to tide over difficulties during the post COVID-19 era.

As the world sustains itself over the pandemic, the 11th IIICF is themed on Responding to Challenges and Promoting Global Infrastructure Development, aiming to analyze the present situation and tendency of the industry and gather international consensus, promote solidarity and cooperation among stakeholders, exchange business information and share development opportunities, and secure steady and enduring growth of global infrastructure industry. Serving as a global renowned platform for strategic insights sharing and business matching in the infrastructure industry, the Forum attracts delegates from but not limited to related government authorities, financial institutions, engineering and construction companies, survey & design firms, consultants, equipment manufacturers, etc.

Please log on IIICF’s website www.iiicf.org for registration which is no later than October 31, 2020. No registration fee is charged.
4.Hotel Arrangement
The 11th IIICF Organizing Committee will negotiate and recommend hotels with favorable terms and conditions. Delegates may book their hotel at their own costs. Detailed information on recommended hotels is available at IIICF website www.iiicf.org.
5.Macao Entry Formalities
Delegates must consult and proceed with their Macao entry certificates and formalities. Please also note that a Chinese visa might be required to enter mainland China if it is a part of the trip. If invitation letter is required, please download the format from IIICF website www.iiicf.org, and fill up the personal information and send back to the IIICF Organizing Committee.
6.Business Service
A series of business service are provided during the Forum, including exhibition & promotion, project presentation, business meeting etc. Please do not hesitate to contact the Secretariat if you have any interests in the platform.
7.Contract Signing Service
The IIICF Organizing Committee will hold a specialized session for project contract signing during the Forum. Guests of honor will be invited to witness the contract signing of the projects at the ceremony. Please kindly contact the  Secretariat if you are interested in the contract signing service.
8.Epidemic Prevention and Control
All delegates should strictly abide by Macao entry regulations related to COVID-19 prevention and control. The Secretariat of the IIICF Organizing Committee will keep updated of the latest entry regulations and epidemic prevention & control measures once the Macao government announced, please check on www.iiicf.org for any further notice.
