• Arjuna Ranatunga, Minister, Ministry of Ports & Shipping, Sri Lanka


    Arjuna Ranatunga began his political career as the Deputy Minister for Tourism & Investments and later served as the President of Sri Lanka Cricket until December 2008. He was appointed as the Minister of Ports, Shipping and Aviation on 2015 and most recently as the Chief Organizer for Sri Lanka Freedom Party (SLFP) in the Attanagalla Electorate.

    Yao Jian graduated from Tsinghua University with a Master Degree of Engineering. He currently serves as Deputy Director of Liaison Office of the Central People’s Government in the Macao S.A.R. He once assumed positions successively at Ministry of Trade and Economics, Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economics, and Ministry of Commerce, of the People’s Republic of China.

    Mr. Leong Vai Tac was born in Macao in June 1962, of a family from Yunfu City, Guangdong Province. He is married and has three children. Mr. Leong has a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from the University of Waterloo, Canada. Mr. Leong is the recipient of the first Medal of Merit – Industry and Commerce awarded by the Macao SAR Government

  • Fang Qiuchen, Chairman of China International Contractor’s Association (CHINCA).


    In August 2006 Mr. Fang served as the Minister Counselor of the Chinese Embassy in Indonesia, and in January 2011 the Deputy Director-General of the Department of American and Oceanian Affairs, MOFCOM. Since April 2015, Mr. Fang has held his position of the president of China International Contractor’s Association (CHINCA).
